TCP can be individually adapted to the user’s environment via a user-friendly, easily extendible, multi-stage configuration system. As well as general settings, there are also settings which can be applied to the complete system or individual staff / workstations.

TCP is of course configured to be ready to use on installation by TCP GmbH. All adjustments can be carried out without involving TCP GmbH. No custom programming by the TCP development team is required. The flexibility thus achieved gives rise to considerable time and cost savings for the customer. In addition, the customer can also make changes at any time themselves.


Customer specific configuration

One-off customer specific configuration and settings are retained whenever software updates are installed. This is ensured by a sophisticated TCP installation routine.
